We collect what you send us in an enquiry, and nothing else. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and makes no third-party requests.

What we collect, and why.
Everything below comes from the quote form. We do not buy data, we do not enrich it from anywhere else, and there is no tracking on this site that could collect anything you have not typed in yourself.

Art. 6(1)(b) is taking steps at your request before entering a contract. Art. 6(1)(f) is our legitimate interest in running a business and keeping the site up. If you would rather not give us a phone number or a company name, leave them blank — the form works without them.
How long we keep it.
An enquiry that does not turn into an order is deleted at the end of the period below. If it does turn into an order, the parts of it that are accounting records are kept for as long as Latvian law requires, and the rest goes at the same point as any other enquiry.
You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner than this, and unless it is already an accounting record, we will.

Who else your data passes through.
Two companies, both of them because the site has to run somewhere and the email has to be delivered by something. We do not sell data, we do not share it for advertising, and nobody else receives it.
Vercel
Serves this site and records standard request logs. Vercel Inc. is based in the United States and transfers are covered by their standard contractual clauses.
Resend
Delivers your enquiry to our inbox. That means the content of the form, including anything you attach, passes through Resend. They are also a US company, on the same basis.
If you would rather your drawings did not pass through a US processor at all, email us directly at info@rbmcomposites.com instead of using the form, and say so. We will take it from there.
There are no cookies.
This site sets no cookies, uses no local storage, runs no analytics and embeds nothing from a third party. The typefaces are served from this domain rather than from Google. Nothing here follows you to another site, and there is nothing for you to consent to — which is why you have not been asked.
If we ever add analytics, it will be a tool that does not use cookies or identify individuals, and this page will say so before it goes live.

What you can ask us to do.
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to stop or limit what we do with it, ask for it in a portable format, or object to us holding it at all. Email info@rbmcomposites.com and we will answer within a month. There is no charge.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to the Latvian supervisory authority, Datu valsts inspekcija, at dvi.gov.lv, or to the authority in your own country.
